Four regional tournaments, 96 drivers, playful competition and lively spirit describe TNT Poland’s debut participation towards the Drive Me Challenge 2011 final.

The Polish semi-final was divided in two stages. In the initial stage, a first driver selection was based on a set of operational Pick Up and Delivery Key Performance Indicators. Then, four regional competitions took place with 24 selected drivers in every region. All drivers were evaluated by written and practical assessments based on traffic regulations, basics on defensive and eco driving, and delivering parcels to customers.

The second stage will conclude next Saturday, September 10th, in a driving school track in the suburbs of Warsaw. For this occasion, the six best drivers per region were selected to participate in the Country Final. Management representatives will be jurors in customer experience, while the driving school trainers will evaluate defensive driving and road safety.

TNT Poland’s finalist driver will be known soon after September 10th. Overall, this semi-final gave the participating drivers the opportunity to learn and improve their own driving technique; and above all, it was an occasion for local employee integration through camaraderie and support. A great example of living our mission when we look at engaged people.
